Broadband service as been out since March 7th , going round in circles with BT. Been promised it would be fixed week after week but nothing changes.BT confirms external fault , have been sent 2 new hubs and 2 of the EE temporary hubs. But not working , Continual orange flashing after each reset, Been sent mail twice saying its fixed, but it is not.
Don't know how to resolve this , people from BT on phone line very helpful and pass job to open reach for Action , but no contact from them at all.

I am sorry for the problems you're having connecting to, and using, your broadband. Being without service since March is a very long time. I am disappointed to read that this has been going on for so long and that you haven't been told what the hold up is with the repair.
