Broadband Speed Reset Request

Hi,

The engineers have just replaced the overhead cables to my neighbour and myself.

My speed is currently 13M. Minimum guaranteed on my contract is 20M, & line is capable of 35M.

They say a job number is required to reset my DLM.

Can a Mod please reset it?

surprised openreach engineer did not do DLM reset before he left.  your connection may well improve after a few days

They were dealing with my neighbour's fault that also affected me. They only had his job number.
