Broadband dropping

Ever since joining BT I have had nothing but problems with my connection. It completely drops out multiple times a day and I have raised faults to BT multiple times with them sending an engineer to me twice however I am getting nowhere and I am really at my wits end. My previous provider was very stable and I only changed after being promised faster internet which has ended up being one of the greatest mistakes of my life. 

I would be open to any possible fixes.

I am sorry for the connection problems you've been experiencing with your broadband recently.  I appreciate the amount of time you've been in touch reporting this and I understand two engineers have been arranged and the fault still isn't sorted.
