Help! I reported my internet going down 26Jan 24.
the engineer arrived 28th Jan & said that the fault was outside my property & it would be passed on to a repair team. Each day I’ve checked the app & each day the estimated repair date has gone by, I have also been in touch regularly with the BT guides all of which have express their sympathy etc etc but still no internet repair. My mobile signal is pretty poor & im finding it all very stressful now as it’s difficult keeping in touch with family. I’m recently widowed & need contact with my family more than ever. None of my neighbours have a problem with their internet.
I was told today 12th Feb, that there will be an update later. I’m at a loss as to what to do?
