Hello its been saying on bt broadband app when i test my broadband there a fault in my area and issue with broadband since Thursday 23rd 2026 and stills says will be fixed on 23rd April 2026 even thought its gone by,its 26th April 2026 now,not sure why its says that still

Are you still experiencing issues at the moment? When you run the test on the website or by texting HELP to 61998 do they both report the past date as well?
If you use the text option it will allow you to arrange a call back, if it is reporting the date incorrectly it would be best to speak to a guide who should be able to check for an update on the issue for you.

Hello thanks for your help,When i test on the website it says the past date everytime and when i text help its says it will be sorted in 4 hours but still says the same thing on the website after after 4 hours thanks

Hello Its a little slow at times,I have spoken to them on there messages service and they said should be sorted in 48 hours thanks ,there messages on there site didn't update thanks all for your help
