Recently our broadband has kept dropping, we have the Smart Hub 2 and have no issues with the hub or wifi connection up until a month ago.
We have had an engineer come out and addressed the situation but the problem is still not fixed, the engineer mentioned that the connection could still drop out as BT may be running tests. The connection is dropping pretty much constantly so I am ruling out BT carry out test on our line.
Any help will be appreciated.
