My Broadband is not working. It just keeps flashing purple/pink. I’ve done all the checks, but it just won’t work. Please help.
Have you considered reporting the fault? 150 or 0800 800150.
Yes. Reported. BT booked an engineer. But then just cancelled it after claiming they’ve “fixed the problem”. They haven’t
Try switching both the hub and the ONT off for about 60 seconds and then restart them
