Broadband signal

Hi,

for past two days the broadband kept dropping quite often.
I was not made aware of any works in the area.

Re: Broadband signal

Why would you think it is works in the area rather than a fault?

Re: Broadband signal

Bizarre reasoning.

Faults develop at random. Have you reported it the customer services?

but faults just happen .

have you checked to see if any work in your area?  have you checked neighbours who use openreach network if they have problems

have you checked your phone line for dial tone -providing you don't have digital voice

Re: Broadband signal

Hi @AdriannaJaskiewicz and welcome to our community.

Thanks for posting. Can you give us more detail on what the issue is? Do the hub lights change? Are you on full fibre? If so what color are the lights on the ONT? Is this a wireless or wired problem?

Cheers

David
