sorry but that is not helping you need a stable connection with no resets and hopefully no drops in connection before your speed will start to improve

As I posted already that won't help you improve your connection speed it is more important to have a stable connection with no resets
It’s unclear why you are reluctant to test your line via your ‘My BT’ online account (or call and let BT test it ) , if the test result indicates a problem externally, Openreach are tasked with fixing it …if a problem exists outside your control, you switching off and on occasionally is pretty futile
Your line has been banded by DLM (44M is one of the bands). Until DLM regards your line as stable you won't see any improvement.
