Please post the results from the availability page, as you may no longer be getting 80Mbs.

Turn off the router for 10 minutes then call and run the tests, it will register your router is out of sync then let you raise a fault. (Go for a home visit appointment).
Once you report it, wait another 10 minutes before switching it back on.
When the engineer arrives, explain what’s happening and go from there.
