Broadband upload issue

Morning 

I have been having a problem with upload speeds all of a sudden over the last 2 weeks download is fine but upload is average 00.10 have tried to reset router to see if that works no luck any help is appreciated

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.

Are you measuring those speed using a wireless connected device, or using a direct Ethernet connection, as the correct speeds are showing on the home hub?

Probably wireless interference, or another device using all of the upload bandwidth.

Try a speed check using a PC directly connected to the Home Hub.

What I have noticed when I use a VPN the upload seems fine as soon as I turn off the VPN its virtually 0 upload again could it be BT throttling me

BT do not throttle any connection.
