Buffering

Trying to stream a firestick it keeps buffering plays 2 mins then buffers 5 mins so went to netflix same issue then sound went all out of sorts tried unplug reboot ran speed check all normal 37mb download no outtages in my area any advice

Are you having issues with any other devices that you have connected to your WIFI?

Presuming the Firestick is on wifi then it's struggling to get a strong signal.

Go into the Firestick settings and the Network tab and then Wifi and run a speedtest. It won't be good.

How fair from the router is the Firestick located and presumably it's plugged into one of the HDMI ports.
