CO: If BT migrates domestic customers to EE will the community forum and email still be available

Go to solution

In the last week I have renewed my BT account and the branding is with them is EE.  I am assuming they can legitimately migrate my account to EE if they so wish and I have no concerns with that as long as it goes smoothly.

The queries that remain are - will their EE customers be able to use the BT community forum and also will they still retain their @btinternet.com email address?

You will retain your BT email address and while you can continue to use this BT Forum,  if there is anything to do with your EE products the forum members may not be the best placed to assist you and in particular if the problem requires moderator intervention and as a result you may be better advised to use the EE forum.

Thank you.  They haven't migrated me yet although I renewed my account a couple of weeks ago.  I don't mind as long as I get warning for the BT email as I use it to communicate with a lot of contacts.

I will move to the EE forum when I am migrated.

Thank you again for your help.
