Hi. I have had to have a new cable fitted externally as decided by Openreach to fix a Broadband connection issue but the new cable which was fitted when I was away sits above ground in my front garden( the old cable was under) . No one at BT nor Openreach seem able to arrange for this to be rectified. Any one any ideas on how I can get this sorted?
So they’ve just laid the cable over the top of the garden, driveway, etc?
I’m just hoping that was/is a temporary fix to get you back in service until they do a dig to repair a blockage or install duct.
