My BB contract is about to expire and I can't find a way to not auto renew . Is there a number where I can speak with a real person?

your contract will not auto renew you broadband will continue on a 1 month rolling contract where you can leave without penalty giving 1 month notice. if you had any discount when you set up contract 2 years ago they will be lost after contract end date but still go on rolling monthly at increased cost
