Just wondering if anyone knows of a way to escalate a complaint that’s not being resolved. Having numerous issue with BT with promised call backs which never materialise and no one seems to take abit of ownership to resolve the issues I’m having.

Perhaps it may be better to tell us what issues you are having and someone may be able to point you in the right diraction to get them resolved.
