I have lodged several complaints to BT regarding the shoddy work installing my Full Fibre , the engineer from Kelly communications left a hole in the wall of my home. After several phone calls to BT , I was informed that the issue will be resolved , However BT keeps telling me the case is now closed . Is there a dedicated complaints number that I could ring?
