Is there an email address for complaints please?? Openreach totally wiped out/damaged our fibre connection whilst working outside our property a week ago leaving us with no internet or phone line. We live in a rural area with no mobile signal either so have been left with no form of communication! We have two family members with long term health illnesses and feel we’ve been left in a very vulnerable and frustrating situation. I’ve spoken to BT numerous times who say Openreach are still looking into but it appears to be passed from one person/team to another with no sense of urgency. Is there anything I can do to expedite repairs??
