Connector box inside only has three lights showing instead of four ??

You really don't want the LOS LED to light because that means Loss Of Signal.

It’ll never have all 4 lights on, its not supposed too.

The system can not see colour. The colours are only there to help/make it easy for people plug the cable into the correct sockets at each end of the cable ie plug the yellow cable into socked A and socket B.
