Left for 36 hours (with a few refreshes) - no "Message now" button ever appears - any ideas?

just tried going to help at top of page then contact us then selected billing then message us and another box opened so I could type my message - I am using chrome on pc

I chose Technical Support - nothing happens!
(It doesn't seem to matter which browser I use - tried FFx, Chr & IE.)
