This has been going on a week. I tried to use the chat service, but it also says not able to contact an agent.
I do not use a phone, as I am pay as you go, and the cost of waiting a reply can get too high.
I cannot seem to find a way to email. I hope someone knows a way to contact them, or there’s a free phone number.
I might have to switch since I am 7 days from the end of the contract, I am currently paying double what new customers pay for same option.
