Damaged Fibre Optic Cable
Hi contractors have accidentally damaged the fibre optic cable connecting our broadband. How do I book an engineer? BT diagnosis tool just says they have detected an incident in my area and given estimated fix date/time but I’m not sure anything is actually being done/scheduled for a visit?

Re: Damaged Fibre Optic Cable
Don't know whether it works with BT's bot, but often, if you repeatedly type gobbledegook, you eventually get put through to a human

Re: Damaged Fibre Optic Cable
It used to be if you ignored the options they would just put you through to someone after repeating them a couple of times.
