Devices keep disconnecting

Hi recently had BT fibre installed.  And devices keep disconnecting.  Sky q boxes, xboxs and ring doorbell.  Speed test is 306 download 45.7 upload.  Really frustrating. Any suggestions?

Can't help with your problem but started having similar issues since my home hub 5 did a firmware update Friday.
