I am ending in stages (as have two BT accounts and cancelled the first this morning now that we just got Community Fibre). Ultimately I can live with the loss of the BT internet email when and if I cancel the remaining BT account. It has been the landline numbers and better the devil you know as a customer since the early 80s that has kept me with BT. So today was a historic day cancelling one of the home landline numbers we have had for nearly 30 years (and a broadband account)
