I really regret getting fibre and the **bleep** with it continues.
As a result of lag in the Wi-Fi connection with my Xbox series s I decided to use the Ethernet cable.
it disconnects and reconnects every few seconds which makes it useless.
I’ve done the usual resets on both the device and the hub. I’ve also cleared the MAC address but still getting the issue
By having fibre connection I assume it is FTTC. if so can you post connection stats from hub - hub manager/advanced settings/technical log/information
Provided you don't have digital voice can you check for line noise by dialling 17070 option 2. Should be silent and best with corded phone
Thanks for the reply. I’ve attached a copy of technical details.
I have no phone line as such so I can’t do the second thing you advised
thanks for any help

Try changing the Ethernet cable as the simplest fix is more often than not, the right fix
