FTTC on Demand
Does anyone know if FTTC on Demand is a precursor to normal FTTC becoming available at an address?

Re: FTTC on Demand
I think you must mean FTTP and not FTTC.

I don’t believe so.
FTTP on Demand has been available at my address for many years, but we have only just had our exchange join the plan as a “maybe, hopefully” addition to the FTTP rollout in the next 12 months.

Stick your post code in here to see when your exchange might be upgraded: https://www.openreach.com/fibre-broadband/where-when-building-ultrafast-full-fibre-broadband
Take the outcome with a pinch of salt, but you can also sign up for updates and if an alt-net gets to you first, you can always go down that route.
