FTTP Down

Our FTTP has been doen since Sunday 05/11/23 just seem to be getting no answers from either bt or openreach

postcode area NP18 2NT

This is a customer help customer forum and your post does not go to BT 

You can try 'help' at top of page tocheckconnection or phone  CS 03301234150 and report fault

What colour are lights on ONT

With any service, the problem could be located on something that is affecting just you , or could be on a common part of the network and affecting more than just yourself .
If you have reported your issue , then you could enquire with your supplier rather than waiting for them to contact you , if your fault has been acknowledged, irrespective of it being local to just your service or more widespread, after 2 working days compensation becomes due , that in itself is the incentive for your service to be fixed quickly, but depending on what the fault is and where it’s located, it may not be a quick fix…..if you are part of a major outage affecting many people , it probably won’t be necessary for you to get an individual visit , the service may simply appear to just ‘ reconnect’ , but it’s a consequence of work unseen by you being done.
