Un-answered Questions:

3) Can I move the location of the master socket / where the new modem will be placed, my wife doesn’t want it in the hallway? Full Fibre does not use the telephone master socket. As regards the internal equipment that is used, you can within reason, specify to the installer where you want it to be placed and if your chosen place is not acceptable to the install the installer will give a reason and assist in helping you to decide on a more suitable location.
4) How long does the installation take and how long can I expect my broadband be off for? It depends on individual premises and where the equipment is sited. Your present broadband is not affected while that work is being carried out. Once the outside works have been done the internal works should not take long and your broadband will work as soon as that is completed.
