@paul_elliott1976 have you run a speed test via the MyBT app? I'm assuming it's still there because we've not had BT broadband for a while.

Ahh ok. Something definitely not right if that's reporting the same slow speeds as it runs a speed test to the hub. Unfortunately, you'll need persevere with CS and try and speak to an actual human. I have no idea how to get around the automated systems unfortunately.

Haven’t you tried with other devices ? .
Your laptop could ( for example ) only have a 100Mb Ethernet adapter , which will never be able to use the speed the 900Mb the FTTP connection provides , how old is the laptop ? if it’s getting on a bit , then that could well be the issue

Possible, if your network card is only a 10/100M card rather than a GbE card.
