FTTP Uploads at incorrect level following upgrade

Hello

Upgraded from F500 to F900 on Monday and downloads are fine at over 900. Uploads stuck at old level linked to 500 package ie max 70ish

According to other posts need to wait max 72 hours and it will sort itself out but its been well over that now and still no joy

Customer Services are useless as dont agree there's a problem as they only guarantee 10 so wont do anything

Can a mod take a look at this for me?

Thanks

I doubt that was the FTTP team you were speaking to, the calls divert to the normal help desk when they are busy.

I'll ask if one of the mods can assist.
