Openreach come and gone today - still no fix. Went through all the same loops as everyone else. Took two hours Original engineer closed the job when they shouldn't have. Now blaming it on Adtran and they're apparently closed for the day. Took them till one minute past their apparent closing time to come to said conclusion.
Looks like another week without a connection and will be outside of my cooling off period. Social media team are refusing to speak to me until after the service is fixed.
