If i have BT full fibre installed, could a fibre splitter was added, so 1 smart hub is in the house and 1 smart hub in the garden office .
I guess i would have to have 2 accounts and have to pay for 2 fibre connections.

You can split a fibre like you can Coax.
You’d either have to get a second fibre circuit installed or just run and Ethernet Cable to your Man Cave in the Garden and use a second hub as an access point.

Just order a second line.
They can supply you with a second line but you would be liable for any Network Construction Costs for it as they’re only legally obliged to provide you with one.
