We have had no Broadband since the early hours on Saturday. I've used the sms 61998 method to report the fault but am unable to get an update.
I've had a sms saying yes their is a network fault and a link to check on progress but when you follow it i need to enter a landline number. I don't have a landline number, its a broadband only package.
I've tried calling them but as soon as you select fault you're kicked back to the automated route.
Any ideas how i get an update ?
