Fault Reporting

We have had no Broadband since the early hours on Saturday.  I've used the sms 61998 method to report the fault but am unable to get an update.

I've had a sms saying yes their is a network fault and a link to check on progress but when you follow it i need to enter a landline number.   I don't have a landline number, its a broadband only package.

 

I've tried calling them but as soon as you select fault you're kicked back to the automated route.

Any ideas how i get an update ?

I am sorry to hear you have not been able to get in touch. 

Since your post, have you received an update regarding the fault?
