Hello, I live in Reading (Calcot Park) and I’m experiencing an issue with getting fibre broadband. All my next-door neighbours have fibre, but my house is the only one on the lane showing no fibre — in fact, no broadband availability at all. When I enter my postcode and select my address, it says fibre isn’t available. But when I check the neighbouring houses, they all show full fibre availability. I’ve also spoken to BT and they say the same thing – they can’t see my address in their system. The online checker shows this message: “Sorry, we can't find results for your address at the moment. We're updating our systems and hope this will be fixed soon.” I don’t understand how this is possible. It seems quite ridiculous. Do you have any idea how I can get fibre broadband for my property?
Solved! Go to Solution.
many people have said check royal mail postcode check an see if your adress is listed on there if its cobtact BT
check your postcode here aswell
If your access is correct on royal mail database then complete the form making sure you add that your neighbours can get fibre broadband but your address does not show availability

Yea i have checked the address is updated there is no issue with Royal Mail 😞 the issue is with open reach on its webpage it says (when check for fiber broadband )“We're building in this area now”
Then fill in the form which you have been given. the link to.
This forum has no connection with Openreach.
