you can remove the front as it just clips either side and test socket is then visible. you will need a filter to connect to test socket and then connect rj45 cable to hub. then repost hub stats
your attainable speed has not improved and you actual has come back at exactly same as before and it looks like as @licquorice suggested your line has problems and you are in a banded profile. that does not explain why attainable is not within expected range

Thank you for trying to help me, I guess I need to go back to BT and tell them that there IS a fault on the line.
