Engineer came and installed ONT box on Tuesday 6th June, and after discussions with him and my neighbour, he was aware that there is a possible issue at the exchange (Littlehampton, Cabinet 7).
Neighbour has been waiting over a month for Sky to resolve the issue, and mine is now also in the same state - light is coming in from the exchange, but it's not working as a service.
What I'm trying to establish is when this might be resolved - tracking the order just shows as it being "Delayed" but no updates as to when it will be resolved. Was hoping that someone in the know might be able to shed some light on the issue.
