Thanks for taking the time to chat with me this morning.

I am really glad I could help you get this sorted.  There was a profile mismatch in the background which was the reason why you weren't seeing the full upload speed on your package.  I have sorted that now and I am pleased you're enjoying the upload speed in line with your Fibre 900 package.
