Fibre 900 speed only 500/50

Hello

Had fibre 900 fitted yesterday  but speeds on all devices Wifi + lan will not go above 500/50  did a factory rest no change

Speedtest run via BTwholesale  etc  all the same

Swapped from hub to my Asus which is currently on VM connection and same speeds nothing above 560 down

Have you used MY BT App to run a speed test to the hub? You might need to plug in the BT home Hub for this to work.

The menu item is called Test my speed, it will tell you if your service is meeting BTs stay fast guarantee.

Yes speed is fine to the ONT but nothing after the Hub can get more than 500/50

My Home Hub 2 is from the 1st trial of the router so is getting on a bit

Engineer is coming out on Monday as a possible fault found
