Fibre down

Fibre been off since last Monday can’t get any support. Can this be escalated as my br app doesn’t work properly even ther

This is a customer help customer forum and your post does not go to BT  have you phoned CE 03301234150 and reported the fault

If on fibre FTTP what lights and colour are on ONT
