Hi I’m having issues a few times a week where the connection slows the sync speed remains the same but it’s like there’s a data flow issue.
I’ve tried 2 modem/routers but get the same I’ve spoken to Bt and they are sending another cube i think the team is as they said the problem is in my house. I had one guy come out in may and he said it was fine and nothing he could do.
If I restart the router when it happens the data flow is back but can happen again in a few minutes.
I’ve got 6db noise and sync 55 drown 12 up.
