Flashing Orange Light

Wifi has worked fine for months. Today stopped working, orange flashing light. Have turned off/on plugged in and out, even factory reset. Still flashing orange. The open reach wall socket looks like it has a light for the wifi connection? Not sure though but no light showing here either.

Re: Flashing Orange Light

Provided you don't have digital voice can you check to see if you have a dial tone on your landline phone

Re: Flashing Orange Light

The most basic test checking for dial tone. Maybe you can borrow a phone to test

Have you checked to see if there are problems in your area due to recent bad weather?

Re: Flashing Orange Light

Hi, yes I had a look and there doesn’t seem to be an unusual amount of reports in the area. Okay I will try and get hold of a landline phone then. Thank you for your help.
