I have everything plugged in and the latest software update for the broadband/router and when i factory reset it or unplug the power and plug it back in it goes green then goes back to flashing purple and i don't know how to fix it. Could anyone tell me how to fix it please as i was playing a game on my pc last night and it just randomly stopped working and hasn't been working since. Thanks

Meanwhile, if you want advice from forum members, you will need to specify what type of broadband connection you have, full fibre (FTTP), or copper fed fibre (FTTC).
that number is useless cause they just say that they will text you then another number they give you isn't a recognizable number and because it's not a recognizable number, i can't do anything.
