Full Fibre 900 (Capped Upload Speed 50Mbps, It was 120)

My router has updated and my upload speed has dropped from 120 to 50, Dead on 50 like it has been capped, I searched around and saw @JohnC2 replying to someone about lifting the cap, I was just curious on how that is possible and if it can be done for me, Thanks everyoneScreenshot 2022-07-19 235328.png

Re: Full Fibre 900 (Capped Upload Speed 50Mbps, It was 120)

I swapped router as I saw other people say that had worked, I am now getting 70, which is what I was getting a couple weeks ago before I swapped from fibre 500 to fibre 900, So I believe the configuration on bt's / openreach's side needs to be re updated to reflect the 110-120 I should be getting.

Hi @Benny1044, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. I'm sorry that your upload speed is capped at 50Mb on the hub.

After a change it can take a couple of days for the profile to automatically uplift the upload cap. You will need to connect the Hub and leave it connected again for us to make this change for you.

I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with us for help fixing this.

Cheers

John
