Full Fibre 900 - Upload Speed Capped at 20mbs?

Hi, 

Just had Fibre 900 installed and the upload speeds never get higher than 20mbs. I've been reading a lot of posts which lead me to think my Smart Hub 2 is being capped?.

Did a BT speed test atttached

if you have read the many other similar posts you will see most recent cases the up speed has improved to expected but can take a few days after activation  give it 3/5 days and if still not change like others then post back

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. 

When did your Fibre 900 package go active?

You should see the upload speed increase usually within 72 hours of the service going active.

I’m also having the same issue. The upload speed seems to be capped at 50 exactly. I’m on the full fibre 900 - any idea how I can get my upload speed fixed? Thanks

if you read other similar posts your will see speeds normally improves after 3/5 days as mod already posted.  when was your activation?
