Full fibre broadband

Upgraded to Full fibre 72 hours ago. Since then our Internet connectivity is shambolic. Engineer came today and said there was no fault. If the kids log in to their xbox everything crashes! Sky box won't connect, son's Ipad for Google classroom won't connect. The digital phone cuts out mid conversation with the Internet drop out! Ideal if you're trying to call 999!!!!!Can anybody help!!!

Re: Full fibre broadband

Were you on FTTC before?  If so did you go to hub manager and change 'full fibre' from no to yes

Re: Full fibre broadband

Thankyou. Have checked and full fibre is in the ON position.

This causing so much hassle it is unbelievable! Wish we had never upgraded as it worked seamlessly before!!!

Re: Full fibre broadband

Is it just wireless devices that are having problems or also ethernet connected devices?

Is the hub resetting with light changing colour?

Have you tried changing the Ethernet cable between the ONT and the WAN port on hub?

Re: Full fibre broadband

On your smart hub is there an option for smart set up? If so disable it.
