Re: Full fibre install, PON flashing

That doesn't make sense, if your PON led is flashing green rather than solid red, you have physical connectivity but no activated service.

Re: Full fibre install, PON flashing

After a call to BT it turns out I don't have to fill out a notice of interest form, but Openreach are going to have to complete more work at my block of flats to get full fibre working.

Re: Full fibre install, PON flashing

Contrary to one of my previous posts, I will be getting no compensation this time as Openreach didn't commit to the order or something like that according to a phone call to a BT guide, though another BT guide earlier had told me I would.

Hi @markt99

Thanks for coming back to the community with an update.

If you would like to discuss your options, I would suggest getting back in touch with our broadband tech guides to get this looked into.

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

Re: Full fibre install, PON flashing

I have moved from BT to EE and even though it took a long time, full fibre broadband has activated at my address.

Re: Full fibre install, PON flashing

Actually it turns out I have got compensation again from EE for all the extra time it took on top of the time before.
