Is there an Openreach forum? 

Are there back channel communications between the two , yes, when there needs to be in my direct experience.

Hi, 

I'm locking this thread as it seems the OP has posted their query to this BT consumer community forum in confusion.

Queries of this nature need to be taken up by their own provider, which has already been explained. 

BT Consumer do not and cannot get involved in issues relating to Openreach, other than anything that is directly related to BT consumer process. 

There is nothing further to add to this that will change anything. We do hope OP's issue is resolved promptly.
