Hi,
I'm a Bt Halo 3+ customer and it says I should get an upgrade to Full fibre when its in my area. After a flurry of Openreach vans down the road I can now see on the openreach site fibre is available. How do I go about getting the upgrade? I can't see anything on MyBT about how to get it.
