Hi all, had the los light come on the bt ont , and lost service for around an hour . It came back on, for a few minutes then router seemed to reboot , smart hub2 , and all seems to be working again . Am just wondering if it is something i should report to bt as a fault . or could it just have a been a slight issue at bt end and was resolved and not to waste any ones time to report it ?.

It's not worth reporting a fault if you're already back online now.
You should only report something if you are actively offline at the time, or if there is an obvious fault where you're suffering frequent disconnections, latency spikes, low speeds etc.
