Can l terminate Halo 3 contract without being penalised as the internet connection and speed are extremely poor in my area? The engineers who came on several occasions and checked the installation in my house were adamant there was nothing they could do to resolve the problem with frequent loss of internet connection. If BT is not providing the service that they are supposed to then l assume, l am within my rights to cancel the Agreement at any time.

Hi, @Ula I'm sorry to see you're having problems with your BT broadband, is the speed below the minimum guaranteed speed that was promised?
How often are you experiencing disconnections and when this happens do the lights on the Hub change colour?
